3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms or fair use policy.

4. Content Rights and Ownership

You retain rights to content you humanize using our service, subject to our license terms. By using our service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content to provide and improve our services. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the content you use with our service.

5. DMCA Takedown Procedure

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used inappropriately on our platform, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a written notification through our contact page including:
    • Description of the copyrighted work
    • Location of the infringing material on our service
    • Your contact information
    • Statement of good faith belief in infringement
    • Statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury
  2. We will promptly remove the content upon valid notification
  3. The affected user may submit a counter-notice
  4. Content may be restored after 10-14 business days if no legal action is filed

6. Prohibited Content and Uses

7. Service Credits and Refunds

Service credits are subject to the following terms:

  • Credits expire 12 months from the date of purchase
  • Unused credits are non-refundable
  • Credits cannot be transferred between accounts
  • Expired credits cannot be reinstated
  • Refunds are only issued for technical failures preventing service delivery

8. Data Retention

After account termination:

  • Humanized content is deleted within 30 days
  • Account information is retained for 90 days
  • Payment records are kept for 7 years per legal requirements
  • Usage logs are anonymized after 180 days

9. Usage Limitations

To ensure fair usage of our service:

  • Text humanization is limited to your subscription tier
  • Automated mass content humanization is prohibited
  • Reselling or redistributing our service is prohibited
  • Maximum text length per request is subject to tier limits

10. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to:

  • Review any content processed through our service
  • Remove content that violates our terms or fair use policy
  • Suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations
  • Report illegal content to relevant authorities

11. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance. No refunds will be issued for partial use of service or termination due to policy violations.
